Reminder: Tonight, January 29th from 4 to 8pm, a MO State West Plains Financial aid rep. and the high school counselor will be hosting a FAFSA frenzy night in the high school library. Information on what to bring has been mailed and emailed home. A second FAFSA night will be held on February 12th.
We finished up Kindness Week with crazy hair, clothes, and socks day. Dressing up is always fun, but seeing all the random acts of kindness this week has been awesome!
The Freshman Class of 2027 will be selling sodas for Valentine's Day! Sodas will be $1.00 each and will be delivered to students on February 14th at lunch time. If you would like to purchase a soda to be delivered in school, please contact a 9th grader from now until 2/9/24.
Wasn't able to catch all the classes today, but everyone rocked hats and shades day!! Tomorrow is our final day of Kindness Week. We will be crazy kind with our crazy hair, clothes, and socks!

There will be a Homecoming Dance on Saturday, February 3rd in the cafeteria from 6-8pm for students in grades 9-12 (Lesterville High School students only).

BRL Basketball Update
Wednesday, January 17th - Girls game at 4:15pm and the boys will play at 5:45pm.
Lesterville School will be closed on Tuesday, January 16 due to hazardous road conditions and frigid temperatures. Students do not need to complete snow day packets at this time.
The BRL games scheduled for tomorrow at Bunker are postponed until Tuesday, January 16th. The girls game will be at 5:30pm and the boys game at 7:00pm.
Mrs. Chilton's 7th graders got a little rowdy this morning exploring Newton's First Law of Motion. They learned how an applied force, friction, and mass can effect inertia with human bowling. Somersaults, barrel rolls, and penguin slides were the preferred methods of bowling.
